2. Forearm Balance Flow (44 minutes): Elongate the spine and push energy through your body with this Forearm Balance Flow. Featuring side and forearm plank poses, this energizing practice will get you prepared, mentally and physically, to balance on your forearms, if you so choose.

3. Twisted Inversions (45 minutes): Patrick guides you through this playful practice that will help create a sense of balance, while also strengthening the core. He starts with seated twists, and as the practice continues, moves to more challenging postures, including inversion twists.

4. Funky Arm Variations (36 minutes): Designed to strengthen and build symmetry within the body, Patrick challenges you to try different postures with a focus on your non-dominate arm.

5. Restorative Practice (42 minutes): Rest and restore. Patrick guides you through this restorative yoga practice that will slow you down and give your body a chance to recover. The stretching and lengthening postures will allow you to sink into the floor in true relaxation mode.
